Testfabrics,
Inc. exists to satisfy the needs of its growing number of
client groups for textile products and services.
In short, we are in the textile business
on the behalf of our clients.
These ‘client groups’ often have a common need
for textile products and services that as individual consumers,
they cannot obtain, usually because the volume they require
is too small for the ‘normal’ textile suppliers
to provide. However, taken as a group, their pooled needs
can be provided for using existing materials in use by other
groups of our consumers. Matching their needs with what
we keep in inventory and with what we have access to because
we are ‘in the textile business’ allows us to
help them get what they need.
As we are not the consumers of our own products, we constantly
require input from our customers. No matter how small or
insignificant an item may be to one of our consumers, our
experience tells us that they are generally not the only
who wants or needs it. But, unless they tell us they need
it, it is doubtful we would be able to deduce their need.
We are constantly searching out new product and service
sources in order to continue to bring them effectively to
our customers. The world textile industry is in a great
state of change and we are trying very hard to maintain
our high degree of product and service continuity in the
midst of all this change. Every time a door closes, another
opens, and you have to be ‘in the business’
in order to keep up.
We fully intend to ‘keep up’ for our customers.
